The Florida International University (FIU) Foundation is devoted to advancing FIU's progress as one of the nation's top 50 public universities by generating support for student success, groundbreaking/cutting-edge state-of-the-art research, and public service to benefit the local and global communities.
The Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management at FIU is ranked 8th in the U.S. and 35th in the world among top U.S. public universities for tourism and hospitality management. Our students are the only ones in the country to help run the world’s premier wine and food festival, The Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival presented by Capital One (SOBEWFF®).
All net proceeds from the South Beach Wine & Food Festival and its auctions and fundraising directly benefits the Florida International University Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management.
