South Little League is one of the oldest youth baseball and softball leagues in the Triad area of Winston Salem, NC. We serve approximately 200 families per season in t-ball, baseball, softball, and Challenger league (neurotypical children, teens, and young adult) divisions. 74% of the students in our boundary are considered economically disadvantaged, and we are in a majority minority area. We are also one of the few leagues in our area that is privately owned, meaning we do not receive maintenance time or materials support from the city. All funds raised are done so by volunteers, and we have no paid employees.
