It is a dream of every young Little League Baseball player to someday have the opportunity to play at Cooperstown, home of The Cooperstown Dreams Park, Cooperstown All Star Village, and the Baseball Hall of Fame. In early August 2022, the South Wall Little League will sponsor the South Wall Storm 12U Travel Baseball Team in having the opportunity to live that dream.
At Cooperstown, the boys will play against teams from across the country in a week-long tournament. This is an experience like no other and a memory they will treasure for a lifetime. The boys on the South Wall Storm are all dedicated to learning to play the game the right way, developing the skills to play it well, and learning what it means to be part of a team that gets to experience something special on a baseball diamond.
Getting to Cooperstown takes hard work, dedication, and funding. The South Wall Storm will host a fundraiser gift auction in the spring of 2022 which will serve as a major component of our fundraising and the proceeds from this event will help support the team’s effort to get all team members there.
