The Southeast Missouri Network Against Sexual Violence (SEMO-NASV) seeks to be an advocate for those affected by sexual trauma through the coordination of community services to provide professional, compassionate, and timely interventions and education. SEMO-NASV is the only dual Child Advocacy Center and Rape Crisis center in southeast Missouri serving nine counties (Bollinger, Cape Girardeau, Dunklin, Mississippi, New Madrid, Pemiscot, Perry, Scott, and Stoddard). All of SEMO-NASV's services are free to survivors and their families. Services include forensic interviews and exams, advocacy, counseling, and abuse prevention education. SEMO-NASV sees about 600 clients a year, with 85-90% being children 18 and under.
