Since 2002, the Southern California Hospice Foundation has been guided by our mission of delivering a breadth of resources to caregivers, families and patients confronting the final stages of life. Each patient we serve is so special and we are truly blessed to be a part of their final journey. We also created the Heavenly Home which opened 1 Year Ago. It is the first and only residential care facility for the elderly in Orange County dedicated exclusively to serving terminally ill patients.
