The mission of Hearts to Homes is to provide families with critically ill or injured children financial support to keep their homes and spend more time together during the child’s treatment.
Through the foundation, families will receive a grant for one month’s mortgage or rent payment providing peace of mind that they will not lose their home during an already extremely difficult time.
As a mortgage lending company, Southwest Funding, LP gets the opportunity to see people buy their first homes and, many times, help them move into larger homes as their families grow.
By the same token, we also see the hardships they go through. This is a small way we can send love and support to our neighbors in the communities across the United States that mean so much to us and our SWF local branches.
Hearts to Homes was granted its 501(c)(3) status in early 2021 and we are ready to hit the ground running!
