The Spanish Coalition for Housing has been helping families find homes, stay in their homes, and build generational wealth since 1972. We offer workshops that help new homebuyers claim their forever homes and keep existing homeowners out of foreclosure. We also help small landlords find properties and turn them into quality affordable housing, alongside programs to bolster community health and help with rent, mortgage, and utility payments. These programs are a few of the life-altering options we provide for people trying to start the next chapter in their stories.
