Dedicated to promoting Low Cost Spay/Neuter to lower the number of abandoned, unwanted cats and dogs in our communities, and educate the community of the benefits of spay/neuter, not only for the behavior and health, of their pets, but also the benefit of reducing the pet overpopulation.
