The Fredericksburg SPCA empowers our community to join us in ending animal suffering through leadership and action, engagement and learning, compassionate care and adoption, affordable veterinary medicine and resources, and by having the conversation about what it takes to change our culture for the betterment of all living beings. We focus on creating access to affordable veterinary services, reducing the homeless animal population through foster, adoption, and spay/neuter surgeries, supporting families struggling to care for their pets and preventing owner surrenders, and building the next generation of animal advocates through Humane Education.
