Speak our Truth, Inc is a nonprofit organization, whose mission is to end the silence and raise global awareness around sexual abuse and gender violence in the African American community. We believe that community is the greatest threat to abusers and the greatest asset to survivors. We are creating a community of survivors and resources to help our survivors heal.
