Special Needs Gymnastics (SNG) strengthens the physical, mental, emotional, and social skills of children and young adults with special needs and disabilities through a variety of programs that encourage a lifetime of achievements. Since 1987, we have accomplish this by developing and operating unique programs including gymnastics, swimming, cycling, fitness, life skills, art, music, and SNG 2Go.
