Dear Sir or Madam:
I am writing on behalf of the St. Florence Catholic School Parent Council to request a donation for our Florence Family Fun Event scheduled for Thursday February 28, 2019. We are having an Amazing Illusionist Show as well as fun foods and raffles. At this event we anticipate OVER 250 community members. We would like to raffle off gift cards, merchandise, and services generously donated by businesses like yours. The event proceeds will help to pay for much needed sports equipment and activity supplies for the students.
We would greatly appreciate any donation you can make. Should you make a donation for our event, your business will be recognized on all event posters, flyers, school newsletters, social media blasts leading up to the event. You are welcome to provide some giveaways or information of your business at the event. We will also provide a donation receipt letter for your tax records.
