St. James the Apostle has been active in the community for over 50 years.  We pride ourselves on providing the best care for our students.  Located in the Chicago suburb of Glen Ellyn, please consider making a donation this year to our annual school fundraising event and be a part of our continued tradition of fostering an environment where young minds can flourish.

As our event has both live and online/silent auctions.By donating to St. James the Apostle School’s annual fundraising event, your business will be providing support not only for our outstanding Pre-K through 8theducation program, but also to our extensive list of outreach activities.  Our annual Day of Service provides services to many worthy organizations.  Some of these activities are for the less fortunate such as Feed My Starving Children, but many support persons with special needs including Ronald McDonald House Jared Box Project, Almost Home Kids, and Marklund Home.  This one day event takes significant planning, extensive volunteering on the part of the school and church community, and is always a huge success.  Additionally, St. James the Apostle provides to the community all year through numerous food drives for the Glen Ellyn Food Pantry, school supply drives, Breast Cancer Fundraiser during Breast Cancer Awareness Month, etc.  [Note: St. James the Apostle School does not discriminate on the basis of religion.]

Event date: November 8th, 2019 (6:30pm)

This year our focus is on raising funds for STEM by creating a Crusader Innovation Center as well as help cover other operating costs. Our goal is to raise $150,000.  Every school family at St. James the Apostle has automatic entry to the Annual Auction and Fundraising event.  We offer additional entry to the entire parish through ticket purchase.  We have about 130 school families plus faculty and staff, as well as thousands of parishioners that fill the pews every weekend.  The event is a fun evening of bidding on live, silent, online auction items to raise funds for a school we love supporting.  All businesses that make donations will be prominently displayed in our Auction and Fundraising Event evening guide in addition to online and physically (if applicable) the evening of the event.

Donations are needed by September 20th in order to ensure mention of your business in our auction program.  We thank you in advance for your support.

Sincerely,

St. James the Apostle School
