St. Joseph's School for the Blind is committed to the educational, psychological, social, and physcial development of persons with special needs in an environment of caring, acceptance and respect for each individual's rights and dignity. Founded and sponsored by the Sisters of St. Jospeh of Peace, St. Joseph's serves its mission through a Judeo-Christian attitude toward human life. Special concern is development of the potential of each individual through specialized learning in a least restrictive environment.
