Dear Partner in Education,
I am writing on behalf of the St. Joseph School Home and School Association (H.S.A) to request a donation for our Spring Tricky Tray scheduled for May 19, 2019. At this event, typically attended by about 300 community members, we auction off gift cards, merchandise, and services generously donated by businesses like yours. The event proceeds will help pay for our annual health and wellness event “A Day of Play,” as well as support technology enhancements needed to help our students become leaders of tomorrow.
We would greatly appreciate any donation you can make. Should you make a donation for the Spring Tricky, your business will be recognized on auction displays at the event as well as on the event flyer. Our organizations tax exempt ID number for your records is EO-22 1-533-514/000.
