St Marys Services DBA Hopeful Beginnings was established in 1887 with the vision that all children deserve a loving home. The agency offers free counseling for perinatal mood disorders (including postpartum depression), grief and loss of a pregnancy and difficulty transitioning to parenthood. The agency also supports teen parents and local families in need through education and case management. Hopeful Beginnings is also a DCFS licensed child welfare agency.
