St. Peter's Haven mission is to offer food and shelter for families and individuals in need, prevent homelessness and its recurrence, and provide stability during times of crisis. Established in 1986, St. Peter's Haven is a non-sectarian, 501(c)(3) organization operating the only food pantry and family shelter in Clifton serving Clifton and surrounding towns. Food is currently provided once a month to 1250+ vulnerable households with non-perishables, fresh produce, dairy, meat and bread to sustain a family for one week. Our 3 units of shelter provide homeless families with transitional shelter and case management as they rectify the issues that caused their homelessness. In conjunction with the city's Health Department SPH provides street homeless outreach including case management, a hygiene shower trailer, food, clothing, blankets and personal hygiene items.
