Everyday, our organization brings young people with physical and mental challenges together with peer mentors to develop career skills and networking opportunities. Through member drive, project-based interactive experiences, we create and sustain inclusive opportinities in the community.
We provide a safe and welcoming environment for experimental learning; while we prepare our members for independent adult lives by having them practice cricital thinking skills that will help them find competitive, integrated employment in the community. We don't want to help them find a job, we want them to find their passion & develop a career.
