StarVista delivers high impact mental health and suppertive services through counseling, skill development, and crisis prevention to children, youth, adults, and families to help people of all ages and stages through life’s challenges. StarVista has 30 programs serving over 44,000 people in San Mateo County every year. Our bilingual clinicians provide services to parents and caregivers of children ages 0-5, we have school-based counselors working in 40 county schools, and we support adults struggling with truama and substance use issues. We also operate the only homeless youth shelters in the county and our longest running program, a 24/7 crisis hotline, has been answering calls and helping people in their moment of need since 1966. Our vision is that all children, youth, and adults receive quality services to support them in reaching their potential.
