Step Up Parents provides financial assistance and support to grandparents and other relative caregivers in New Hampshire who have selflessly stepped up to care for the children of parents struggle with substance use disorder. We are dedicated to honoring the efforts of these caregivers as well as valuing their dignity and supporting their family's well-being.
