The mission of STEPS Family Resource Center is to promote healthy lifestyles and strengthen families in our community by offering Safety, Training, Education, and Prevention that provide Solutions. STEPS offers a number of important services and programs for the community. We offer educational classes including parenting, anger management, domestic violence, and life skills classes. We provide supervised visitation for children that have been affected by a difficult divorce or domestic violence issues allowing them to visit with their other parent in a safe and secure homelike setting. We also offer mental health counseling services for individuals, children, couples, and families in the community facing a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, and truama.
