Stray Animal Project is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to the prevention of animal cruelty and animal welfare education. Our mission is to fund neuter/spay programs and to provide education on responsible pet ownership. We are starting in Peru where the density of stray animals per capita is one of the highest in all of Latin America.
There are over 12 million dogs and cats in the streets of Peru, and most of them live in horrible conditions as the government doesn't dedicate any resources towards the issue.
We rely on donations to scale our impact. 100% of donations go directly to fund spay and neuter programs!
