For over 35 years, STRIDE Adaptive Sports has enriched the lives of children with physical and intellectual disabilities through recreation and sports. STRIDE's mission is to educate and empower individuals with special needs in life-changing sport and recreation programs to sustain healthy, active and fun lifestyles.
STRIDE's vision is to build a community with equal opportunity and acess for sport and recreational activities . No one should be left behind becuase of a disability. STRIDE's focus is on youth programming in individual lifetime sports, and a belief that it is possible to remove boundaries, fullfill dreams, enhance self esteem, and empower youth with disabilities through participation in sport and recreational activities
