Each year, the PTO carefully determines its fundraising methods and goals based on feedback from previous experiences and input from parents and the school administration. We work with the principal and the school’s faculty and staff to determine the students’ needs each year and allocate funding based on their requests, recommendations, and the principle that our PTO works for the benefit of all children at Sunset Elementary.

I’m writing on behalf of the Sunset Elementary PTO to request a donation for our silent auction. At this event, typically attended by our students and their families.
