The Superstition Mopuntain Museum was established to collect and perserve the history and legends of Arizona's Superstition Mountains. To support research and education involving the region, and to develop a historical museum and research library devoted to these endeavours.

We partner with Local schools both public and charter to offer education and entertainment for their classes. We host visitors from all over the world, who are interested in the old west, both fictional and fact.

We are the caretaker of the remains of Apacheland, a movie studio located 8 miles from our sight that was the locale of numerous movie and tv westerns, until its demise in 2004.

We are the first stop on the historical Apache Trail(route 88), offering enjoyment for all.

We are a 501 c (3) non profit museum.
