 Survivors Alliance for Growth and Employment is a nonprofit organization that supports women who are survivors of human trafficking or sexual exploitation. Our mission is to provide employment to women who come from these traumatic backgrounds, knowing that their trauma and many other factors make it difficult to obtain or hold down a job. Once employed, our program offers work skills training, case management, mentorship, and career development in a trauma-informed environment. Following our 12-18 month program, we get the women set up with a stable job where they can then achieve their own goals and lead independent and self-sufficient lives using the skills they have learned.
