Talley Street Upper Elementary School is a neighborhood school within the City Schools of Decatur, Georgia that opened its doors in August 2019. The mission of Talley Street Upper Elementary’s Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) is to provide financial assistance for activities and events that support our school’s expeditionary learning objectives, enrich our school culture, and build a sense of community. We work hard to support the diverse needs of our nearly 700 students at Talley (3rd, 4th, and 5th graders) and the teachers and staff who instruct them. Talley is currently on the list of Georgia Title 1 Schools.
