Tara’s Starfish Foundation (TSF) funds and encourages programs and projects that enrich the social, emotional, mental and physical well-being of children living in homeless shelters, domestic violence shelters and high poverty neighborhoods. We seek-out and partner with community non-profits in CT, NY, MA, NJ and beyond that work with this underserved and often invisible population of children. We collaborate with these nonprofits to identify needs that are outside their budget and then provide funding for programming, special projects and events.
