Team Suffolk is a competitive swim team and we are part of Metropolitan Swimming, Inc., a local swim committee of USA Swimming, the national Olympic organization. Being a part of Team Suffolk helps build lasting values in our children, including dedication to a tireless work ethic, sportsmanship, gender equity, courage, and time management skills. The fundamentals learned at Team Suffolk lead to the making of tomorrow’s leaders.
