Telfair EEC in Pacoima, CA is part of the Los Angeles Unified School District and serves low income, high needs young learners. As part of our efforts to build resilience in famiilies, a team of Psychiatric Social Workers works to identify and fulfill basic needs in families, educate teachers and parents about trauma and mental health, and put together events that support linking families with community agencies to build resilience.
