The Tennessee Juvenile Court Services Association (TJCSA) is a professional organization of juvenile court professionals. TJCSA was founded in 1973, to serve the interests and needs of the children. We organize and host a statewide conference for juvenile court workers and judges every year to promote professionalism wiht out field, encourage continuous training for juvenile court workers, provide avenues for regular exchange of ideas and techniques used by our profession and foster meaningful and effective relationships with judges, other court personnel and service providers. Having door prizes for the participants and presenters who volunteer their time for this conference is valuable and allows us to promote the amazing businesses across the state.
