Mission of Texas 4H & Youth Development Program: Prepare youth to meet the challenges of childhood, adolescence and adulthood through a coordinated, long-term, progressive series of educational experiences that enhance life skills and develop social, emotional, physical, and cognitive competencies. The purpose of the 4H program is to offer the members the opportunity to acquire knowledge, develop leadership skills, and the self-esteem to allow the become productive members of society and our community.
