The Texas system Police Association Foundation serves the State of Texas through several different methods. Primarily, we train school and college based police officers and security officers. We also train members of the community in active shooter response and stop the bleed. We also create and distribute kits for the homeless. These kits include oral hygine care items, socks, under clothes and similar items. The TSPAF is also attempting to fund scholarships for the children of education based law enforcement officers.
