The Alliance's vision is to create a safe and secure environment for individuals and families to share their current circumstances and needs with The Alliance member organizations through collaborative case management. Lead organization develops individualized plans for effective sustainability providing solutions to support healthy relationships and lifestyle choices within the home and community. The Alliance strategically identifies non-profits with complementary services to address needs of residents in the communities we serve by using a trauma-informed care approach. Ultimately, The Alliance is collaborating to create a stronger community.
