It is the mission of The Arc Jefferson - St Lawrence to provide lifelong opportunities that enhance the lives of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and help them to achieve their goals. The Arc has been providing services to children and adults in our community for nearly 70 years and today serves more than 1500 people annually.
