The Arc of Delaware promotes and protect the civil rights of Delawareans with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD).The Arc is composed of vocal leaders and advocates working viligantly to to create services for adults and children who were being denied daycare, employment and educational opportunities in the community.
Today, The Arc and its network provides members with collaborative strength, supports, and knowledge to meet the evolving needs faced by people with IDD.
