The Bay School (TBS) is a nonprofit special education school in Santa Cruz, serving students between the ages 5-22 who are severely impacted by autism and developmental disabilities. TBS employs the latest applied behavior analysis (ABA) treatment and research findings to produce measurable and lasting improvements in the lives of individuals served. Funded by public school districts, TBS serves students with complex educational and behavioral needs. With intensive 1:1 support and a team of highly dedicated staff, our students gain essential communication skills, independence with daily living tasks, and meaningful participation in the community.
