Our mission is to do all we can that helps people in their religious, educational, physical and emotional lives, especially children and their families who live in the inner-city.  The Foundation and The Run The Race Club is founded on the Judeo-Christian principle that loving, personal, committed attention is still the best “program” around when it comes to helping others.  Our mission is to love the children and their families, to establish friendships and relationships with them and to offer them resources and activities to promote their personal end educational development.

We are passionate about overcoming evil with good.  We're trying to help young people see a brighter future and break the cycle of addiction, abuse and poverty.

Rachel's son, Brian, was murdered 20 years ago by young people from the inner-city who were high on crack, had a car and a gun. In his remembrance, we have built the Brian Muha Foundation and The Run the Race Center which has been welcoming young people of all ages to our home-away-from-home: a fun, safe and productive place where young people can do their homework, get tutoring, play sports, do art, music, dance, tumbling and more. They are served a full, home-cooked meal, can take food home from the food pantry, and most importantly, they can learn about God and how to live life His way.

This year, our goal is to raise $200,000 to carry on the mission of overcoming evil with good: showing inner-city young people that they are loved, and they have the opportunity for a bright future. Our “Night of Champions” will be held on Thursday, October 17th at St. Charles Preparatory School in Columbus.
