My name is Tammy and I am the Community Outreach Coordinator for The Brook Wellness Center. The Brook is a faith based non profit organization, that provides a peaceful place to encounter spiritual, mental, physical wellness to overcome substance use disorders. We do this through a wide variety of evidence-based treatment services.

As we start out the year, there are more individuals seeking treatment for substance use disorders than there are funds available. A lot of these individuals are in their adolescence. The average outpatient program is 5 months and costs $1500.00. 

We offer an extensive collection of classes such as parenting, trauma, anger management, codependency. These classes can be essential in someone’s recovery. The average cost to cover the Educational Material and classes for one of these programs is $200.00.

That is why I am writing to you! Being a non-profit organization we need assistance in meeting the growing needs of our community. With your help, The Brook will be able to provide these people with much needed counseling, classes, mentoring, and other resources to begin the healing process.
