The Community Outreach Coalition is a 501 (c) (3) tax-exempt organization founded in 2028 that provides community development programs thoughout the Hampton Roads Region of Virginia. Our mission is to provide community development services that empower individuals, youth, and families to excel in life. Our Educational Talent Search program provides support to 500 Portsmouth Middle and High School students wo desire to go to college. Our Educational Opportunity Center program provides training to 850 adults 18 and older who want to get their GED, go to college, or start a trade and reside in our commuinity or its surrounding cities.
