The mission of The Dream Queen Foundation is to offer a safe space where women and teen girls can come together to support one another and celebrate their dreams.

The Dreams Queen Foundation operates programs for women and girls. Gals Lead Certified Facilitator Academy trains women to run Gals Lead, our signature teen mentorship program, which teaches teenage girls the importance of responsibility and leadership. Our women’s networking group of approximately 1200 women was formed to provide a unique gathering place for purpose-driven women.

Gals Lead, the Dream Queen Association’s signature program for teen girls helps develop confidence, connection, and career clarity to live your most awesome dream life. Through proven professional development tactics girls not only gain the clarity and confidence needed to create intentional career paths they love – ones that align with their divine passion and purpose; but also develop a higher sense of self and mental wellness. Highlights of the program include guest speakers, vision boards, personality assessments, sister circle, motivation, inspiration, and a certificate of completion for college or employment applications.

The program focuses on four Pillars of Success:

(1) Know Yourself  (2) Dream Big  (3) Overcome Obstacles  (4) Take Action.

Over the past 6 years, Gals Lead has worked directly with over 400 teens, held 5 weekend retreats, and held club programs in local schools and after school programs.  We are currently in our 6th year of the 9-month-long Club Program at Great Mills High School. Our expansion has grown to 8 clubs in the Tri-County Southern Maryland area including Adolescent Clubhouse, Calverton 6-8, Westlake High School, Leonardtown High School, Davis Middle School, Spring Ridge Middle School, an evening club at the Lexington Park Library sponsored by The St. Mary’s Health Department. In the 2022-2023 year the clubs are serving over 150 teen girls (she/her they/them). We’ve had fantastic results and are ready to expand to serve more girls.
