The Elliott Community is Guelph’s leading and only not-for-profit residence with 5, levels of care, services, and accommodation offering Long-Term Care,Retirement Supportive Living, Retirement Assisted Living, Life Lease and Respite Care. From community outreach to specialized and inclusive programs, The Elliott Community proudly serves seniors of all abilities with person-centered care. Our mission is to provide residents and their families “Quality choices in a caring and inclusive, home-like community. A tradition of promoting dignity and independence for those we serve and their families.

Every effort is made to make sure our care and services is sensitive, personalized and consistent with resident needs. We are committed to making sure our residents have the opportunity to live life to their fullest.
