Thank you for your time reviewing this request to assist The FACES Foundation in Milford, MI provide opportunities to helppatients, their support network of close family and friends, and those unsung heroes in the respiratory profession who understand that each breath matters. Below is a brief description of who we are, what we are looking for and how you can help.
Youprobably know someone whose premature baby had respiratory issues; or someone with Asthma, Blood Clots, Cystic Fibrosis, Lung Cancer, Pneumonia or COPD. Help FACES provide resources and support to the network of respiratory therapists around the country.
FACES Mission: to acknowledge and promote professional excellence in the education and care of patients with pulmonary illnesses.
The FACES foundation awards the PHIL Award each year. It is the only nationally recognized hospital-based recognition program dedicated to honoring outstanding respiratory therapists who provide exemplary care and treatment for patients with respiratory illnesses. The FACES Foundation is honored to be partnered with some of the leading hospitals in the country to honor and recognize outstanding respiratory care.
