The Franciscan center is a community kitchen whoses goal is to knock down the barriers our clients face by provide hot healthy 7 times a week but 5 total. we serve unch form 10am - 1pm Monday-Friday; and dinner Tuesday and Wednesday 5:30p-7pm.
Our Empowerment Services include the “Attire-4-Hire” Program and our Technical Resource Center
The Responsive Services Department assists with a variety of critical needs of Baltimore City residents with the ultimate goal of promoting their self-sufficiency and independence. We assist with eviction prevention, snap applications, medical refferals, ID/Birth certificates/Social secuirty cards and much more!
The mission of the Franciscan Center is to provide emergency assistance and supportive outreach to persons who are economically disadvantaged in an effort to assist them in realizing their self-worth and dignity as people of God.
