The Fresh Air Fund (The Fund) is a nonprofit youth development organization that has provided high-quality outdoor programming to more than 1.8 million New York City youth. Each year, thousands of children (between ages 8-18 years old) experience outdoor summer adventures through visits with volunteer host families along the East Coast and at The Fund's five overnight summer camps in Fishkill, NY, with an additional camp at Harriman State Park in NY. Fresh Air children also have the opportunity to participate in year-round leadership and educational programs held at our NYC Office.
