The Grace Foundation located in Staten Island, NY is a non-profit organization established to improve the lives of children/adults and their families affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder. Our mission is to support, educate and enhance the quality of life for these individuals and their families. We provide innovative and productive programs and services to over 700 Staten Island families.
Our Social Skills classes are comprised of individualized lesson, positive role play and group social activities. Gym/baseball/bowling/swimming emphasize self-esteem, physical activity, independence and teamwork. Your Choice and Club LIFE focuses on health and wellness, creative art design, decision making, food creation and friendship building. Performing Arts teaches song structure and movement with a strong emphasis on effective communication. Also offered is support groups to address the ongoing needs of family members and in-home respite to provided needed support and relief to primary caregivers.
