The mission of The Happy Pet Project is to partner with local municipal shelters to end the overpopulation of companion animals in Texas through rescue, rehabilitation, and adoption, while educating people about responsible pet ownership, animal advocacy, & topics related to animal welfare.
The vision of The Happy Pet Project is to end the homeless animal population and save lives while forming lasting relationships within our communities, one good deed at a time.
