The Hospice Promise Foundation is a non-profit organization who assists hospice patients and their families with end-of-life expenses that they are unable to afford. These can include supplies, utilities, emergency maintenance, food, cremation expenses and even last wishes. It also supports children's grief camps and hospice care education.
