The Humane Society of Loudoun County (HSLC) is an animal welfare organization serving Loudoun County, Virginia, and surrounding areas since 1966 with the mission of creating a no-kill community saving 90% of homeless animals through various means. HSLC has numerous programs including Foster/Adoption Program; Community Cat Program; Loudoun Pet Pantry; and a Financial Assistance Program.
