This year, The Ladder Alliance is celebrating its 20th year anniversary and the overall impact it has made on the community by providing survivors of domestic violence and low-income women with tools to lead self-sufficient, independent, and successful lives. The agency breaks down the barriers for our students such as language, virtual means, night classes, additional professional development series, and so much more. Through encouragement, empowerment, and education, students are able to step out into society after graduation with the tools they need to better themselves, their families, and the community as a whole.
